The Director of Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) is a strategic leadership role responsible for the design, execution, and operational excellence of Aledade’s risk adjustment coding and clinical documentation programs.

Reporting to senior leadership, the Director oversees a high-performing team of coding professionals who support over 1,400 independent primary care practices.

The primary objective of this position is to bridge the gap between clinical care and data accuracy.

This involves creating scalable, physician-centric educational programs that provide guidance and education to ensure accurate and complete diagnosis documentation, reflecting a true clinical picture of the patient population.

This role requires deep subject matter expertise in HCC coding, value-based care, and physician-centric operations.
