The Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in the successful onboarding of partner practices to Aledade’s tools, ensuring EHR systems are configured and optimized to enhance patient outcomes, reducing healthcare costs, and increasing operational efficiency.

The role will require in-depth collaboration with practice stakeholders and the multidisciplinary Aledade team to facilitate the optimization of EHR systems and implement data-sharing strategies that align with Aledade’s population health solutions and strategic ACO initiatives.

This individual will be responsible for managing client-facing projects from start to finish, providing ongoing coaching and training to practice staff, and ensuring the full adoption of value-based care models.
