Your mission involves coordinating with various departments, overseeing daily operations, and conjuring up strategies to boost online sales. You'll assist the e Commerce Manager in running the show, address customer inquiries, dive into data to uncover trends, prepare performance reports, and lead a team of in-store shoppers to ensure orders are picked and packed efficiently.
