About The Role:
This position is in Centennial, CO and will be part of the Mountain West Division Office team reporting to the Director of Marketing. TheDigital Marketing Manager is integral part of the team that partners with our national loyalty team to execute programming, develop and oversee social media messaging to increase customer interaction and works closely with the Merchandising team.

- You know how to mine data to identify opportunities with vendors and for sales.
- You understand customer trends and opportunity areas; and can create specific plans to improve.
- You will have an awesome partner with the Communications team to maintain a social media presence, strategy and voice that aligns with our aspiration of easy, exciting, and friendly.
- You can lead the external social media strategy and voice for division in collaboration with the national marketing team.
- You will be responsible for the management of the Social Media Marketing budget.

- You can bring experience and understanding of Omni Channel loyalty programs to grow digital engagement.
- You have experience with CRM tool such has Monday.com, Sprinkler, and Trello.
- You understand how to leverage data and analytical tools such as PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics.
- You are an expert in content creation, planning, budgeting, and analytics.
- You enjoy working cross-functionally, love building relationships and partnering with multiple business units.
- You can align the analysis on social posting effectiveness and optimizing direction.
- You can strategically prioritize social posting for local sales and marketing social initiatives.
- You know how to increase vendor partner participation and total spend with IM Division.
- You can create stock programs for vendors to participate in that includes details on sales improvements, investment rates and ROI.
- You know what it takes to increase loyalty platform performance:
- Measured by Overall engaged HH improvement
- Elite and Best Household sales, retention, and penetration
- Improve overall sales by identified HH’s
- Improve underperforming segments of shopper/shop types through targeted actions
- Leverage loyalty to combat competitive impacts
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience, MBA a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience leading Social/Digital/Loyalty in large scale grocery, retail or CPG businesses, Multi-unit, and cross-functional experience preferred.
- A track record of building and leading teams.
