• Role : Workday Technology Analyst

Description:He/She will be part of the Employee Services IT Department in-charge of Human Resources (HR) Applications and will act as a Product Developer in the Workday Reporting Product Team to secure Design, Development, Tests and Business satisfaction.As part of the Workday Reporting Product team, he/she is in charge of handling the various requests of global teams, local teams, support the Workday Reporting Product globally (besides development) and process automation within the workday, leveraging the workday framework.

Responsibilities:

A Workday Technical Analyst is Responsible:

• To Support the Workday Reporting Module of Workday globally wherever implemented.

• To turn requirements into reliable, beautiful Customize CF’s or CR’s that other people will find easy to comprehend and modify.

• Providing end-to-end solutions in designing, developing while maximizing business value. Besides following best practices and standards.

• Designing and developing in line with the global strategy.

• Leveraging the workday technologies to insure best fit implementation of the business expectations

• Challenging and advising the business owners to ensure consistency, operability and maintainability of the overall system.

• Acting as a Consultant and work with Architects on new Workday modules and do POC’s

• Act as Consultant not only in development in support and critical conditions Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant stream, with overall 2-6 years of experience**(minimum2 years in Workday)Mandatory skills:**

• Good knowledge and Hands on in Workday Reporting .

• Workday Training / Certifications (Good to have):

• Proficiency with Workday Core HCM, with excellent hands on experience in creating high complex reports in all modules of Workday**.**

• Should be able to build Workday Dashboards using the reports

• Knowledge of PRISM is(good to have)

• Knowledge of Hire to Retire (H2R) Business knowledge and Workday knowledge.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Good communication skills and Attention to details. .

• Handling backlog activities from conception to finished product.

• Performing testing reaching zero-default outcomes.

• Providing level, 2 and 3 support services along with solution designing.

• Securing Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations.

• Reaching Service Level Agreements / KPI expectations.

• Contributing to yearly product roadmap and budget needs.

• Should be ok to work in shifts(Europe Shift : 13:00 to 22:00 IST)

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Agile methodology like Scrum, Safe, Kanban etc.,

• Proficiency in usage of OX 2.0 (Object Transporter)Success Metrics: Success will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to

• Give a transparent information during the AGILE rituals (Remaining to do and issues encountered) and request help for support

• Consistently ensure the on-time delivery and quality (first-time-right) of the sprints

• Ability to handle a subject from demand management, to development and support

• Ability to challenge the needs of the clients and provide appropriate solutions The role will have the following key outputs:
