Description:

As an expert on SAP BASIS, the candidate should be able to design and

maintain a set of Administration on SAP systems. It means a good understanding (and experience) of

business needs and translation to SAP rules and constraints. All SAP technologies will be addressed,

mainly on SAP Cloud.

In addition, the candidate will be part of a team aiming to automate as much as possible the roles

assignment and validation process definition of the process, management of the associated catalog and tooling maintenance.

The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP BASIS with BTP Administration
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in SAP BASIS, BTP & Cloud Administration
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in running SAP Cloud Products like IAS, IAG, S4HANA Cloud
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers
• SAP BTP Knowledge is a Must
• Experience or knowledge in Security is a plus
• Experience in Cloud Connector Administration and BTP Sub Accounts Management

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape
• Define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules for role management.
• Perform deep root cause analysis/traces and improvement at all SAP Administrations
• Must have extensive experience in SAP BTP Administration
• Assist with Technical & Functional Team on SAP Cloud Onboarding Journey
• Support as SAP BASIS Administrator in different projects stages and upgrades
• Understands critical roles that SAP Cloud Products play for its implementation and evolution in Airbus
• Enforce Standards in SAP Administration for Cloud.
• Perform Administrative and initial setup of BTP, Cloud ALM and Support activities for SAP Cloud Products including S4HANA Public Cloud and IAS.
• Identify gaps in Cloud administration processes and procedures areas for significant improvement, optimization, and automation
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions, implementation of the solution incl.

SAP Upgrade cycle of Cloud Products:

• Work with different stakeholders and define the process as per the needed requirements
• Excellent communication skills as required to engage customer on requirements and

delivery.
