Job Description:About the experience

Our GBS Trainee offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. We're committed to nurturing future talent and supporting your professional development through structured, meaningful, and short-term assignments (up to 3 months). You'll contribute to specific projects within your chosen area while benefiting from dedicated mentorship and regular feedback.

What You'll Do (Examples of potential tasks by area)

While your specific tasks will vary depending on the department and ongoing projects, you can expect to:

  • Accounting: Support financial reporting, data analysis, budgeting processes, and assist with financial operations.

  • IT HR Systems: Support to Improvement Projects using (App Sheet/JavaScript).

  • IT Data & Analytics: Support to technical projects, data analysis, process optimization, or support various engineering initiatives.

  • IT Finance Systems: Support with new ideas for continuous improvement processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Eligibility: You should be be 18 years of age or older at the time of submission.

  • Motivation: A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a global team.

  • Academic Background: A relevant academic background in Finance, HR, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Potential: A proactive attitude and the potential for future employment within our organization.

  • Legal Right: Portuguese or any other European citizenship OR Residency card OR Student visa.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must; Portuguese is a nice to have.

Program Details

  • Duration: Up to 3 months, 40h per week.

  • Hybrid Working Schedule: Internships are available throughout the year.

  • Mentorship: You'll have a dedicated mentor within your team to guide your progress.
