Rôle :

L’ Ingénieur Méthodes Maintenance Industrielle fait partie du service ingénierie de maintenance. Ses compétences techniques en font un atout pour la maîtrise et le suivi de nos équipements industriels. Ses capacités de gestion, sa maîtrise des processus et sa rigueur en font un élément polyvalent au sein du service. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques opérationnelles internes et externes.

Missions :

Il interviendra sur les mission suivantes :

Planifier et coordonner les activités de maintenance industrielle durant les phases d’arrêts techniques du site.

Manager le portefeuille d’écarts d’audits (CAR) du service maintenance industrielle.

Piloter la mise en place d’actions d’améliorations.

Accompagner le déploiement de projets en lien avec la Cybersécurité.

Valider et Mettre à jour les commandes d’achats de pièces de rechange.

Valider les inventaires des stocks maintenance.

Contribuer à l’application du processus huiles et graisses.

Animer les flux validation technique tel que doublon de pièces, ferraillage.

Créer les commandes spécifiques dans SAP.

Garantir l’utilisation des standards définis par l’ingénierie de maintenance.

Suivre les KPIs du service maintenance opérationnelle

Réaliser des audits terrain (respect des règles de sécurité, suivi TPM et préventif,...)

Compétences :

Logiciels : SAP, suite google

Bonnes connaissances en mécanique et électrotechnique

Maîtrise la gestion de projet
