You will be part of a team developing Method and Tools. As part of the Propulsion Engineering Technical Capabilities team, you will be involved in contributing to a community and projects aiming at managing PLM activities for Propulsion Engineering.

Your challenges:

As Definition Dossier Specialist you will actively contribute to the digital transformation of the design process. Your primary objective will be to participate in the maturation, deployment, and practical implementation of new design methods within Airbus PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools, with a focus on improving the efficiency and quality of the Definition Dossier.

In the overall mission, your key responsibilities will be to:

• Lead the analysis of current design methods and contribute to the definition of new target methods.

• Contribute to the maturation of innovative design methods in collaboration with engineering and PLM teams.

• Contribute to the operational deployment of methods and associated PLM tools, as technical referent.

• Support engineering teams in the use of methods and PLM functionalities.

• Participate in the digitalization of the Airbus Definition Dossier (Structure, System Installation & Electrical system Installation)

• Guarantee the alignment of deployed methods with Airbus standards and requirements.

Your boarding pass:

• In-depth knowledge of the Airbus Definition Dossier:

Understanding of the challenges, structure, and deliverables associated with the Definition Dossier.

• Experience in the Electrical System Install, Structure, Mechanical System Install doma in: Proven experience in one of these fields, with a willingness to develop on the other.

• Proficiency in Design Methods: Ability to understand, define/criticize, and deploy new working methods.

• Comfort with Digitalization and PLM Tools:

• Strong interest in the challenges of digital transformation.

• Practical and theoretical experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.

• General Skills:

• Ability to work in a team out of organizational silos and with an international environment.

• Good analysis, synthesis, and communication skills.

• Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to propose new ideas.

Vos challenges:

En tant que Spécialiste du Dossier de Définition, vous contribuerez activement à la transformation numérique du processus de conception. Votre objectif principal sera de participer à la maturation, au déploiement et à la mise en œuvre pratique de nouvelles méthodes de conception au sein des outils PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) d'Airbus, en mettant l'accent sur l'amélioration de l'efficacité et de la qualité du Dossier de Définition.

Dans le cadre de cette mission globale, vos responsabilités clés seront de :

• Mener l'analyse des méthodes de conception actuelles et participer à la définition de nouvelles méthodes cibles.

• Contribuer à la maturation des méthodes de conception innovantes en collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie et PLM.

• Contribuer au déploiement opérationnel des méthodes et des outils PLM associés, en tant que référent technique.

• Soutenir les équipes d'ingénierie dans l'utilisation des méthodes et des fonctionnalités PLM.

• Participer à la digitalisation du Dossier de Définition Airbus (Structure, Installation Système & Installation Système Électrique).

• Garantir l'alignement des méthodes déployées avec les standards et exigences d'Airbus.

Votre carte d’embarquement:

• Connaissance approfondie du Dossier de Définition Airbus : Compréhension des enjeux, de la structure et des livrables associés au Dossier de Définition.

• Expérience dans le domaine de l'Installation Système Électrique (ESI), Structure, Installation Système Mécanique (MSI) : Expérience avérée dans l'un de ces domaines, avec une volonté de se développer sur les autres.

• Maîtrise des Méthodes de Conception : Capacité à comprendre, définir/critiquer et déployer de nouvelles méthodes de travail.

• Aisance avec la Digitalisation et les Outils PLM :

• Fort intérêt pour les enjeux de la transformation numérique.

• Expérience pratique et théorique avec les outils de gestion du cycle de vie des produits (PLM).

• Compétences Générales :

• Capacité à travailler en équipe en dehors des silos organisationnels et dans un environnement international.

• Bonnes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de communication.

• Proactif, orienté client et capable de proposer de nouvelles idées.
