A vacancy for a Backend Data and API developer has arisen within Airbus India in Bangalore. You will join the Software Development team within the Digital department for a specific domain - Skywise Software Factory, which offers Airbus Digital Services.Following best IT practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), the team develops software products on iOS/i Pad, web applications, etc. that can be used by pilots or airline’s OCC (Operation Control Center)As a member of the Skywise Software Factory team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data transformation, data exposition through API using C#, SQL, AWS managed services**.We are looking for a high energy, team player as part of a squad and you will lead all aspects of software development, including detailed design, estimates, coding and testing, automation and support of solutions and their deployment process to deliver as per the requirements. Squads support specific services which work together to provide flight operation solutions for airlines to run safe and performant operations. Squads can be flexible, so there is always an opportunity to work on new and existing technologies, as well as new or existing solutions, bringing your experience to a variety of challenges.This position will report to a Group Manager within Airbus India. Passion for technology and problem solving are a must have.Tasks & accountabilities Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:**

• Responsible for the detailed low-level design for new features, trade-studies between designs and ensure the best solution is translated into the code base. You will also lead and validate the same done by the team members

• Lead and be responsible for the Coding, testing, documenting and debugging assigned development tasks to meet acceptance criteria and delivery to meet the expected quality.

• Lead/Participate in learning via code reviews and chapter learning activities

• Ensure the coding golden standards are being well followed within the squad

• Participate and support in estimation of stories and validation of the estimates by team members

• Review proposed test cases and test automation to execute them

• Drive ideas and improvements in ways of working to build quality focus in the squad

• Use problem solving skills to make progress on implementations and issues under the supervision of senior team members

• Solving well defined issues for support and customers as needed

• Support agile development concepts and participate in our SAFe process

• Driven to self learn technical and non-technical skills

• Support squad and self based continual improvement

• Actively participate in all squad activities with a positive encouraging attitude

• To be able to gain good understanding of the solutions / products and become co-creator to add value to our customers

• Ability to participate and lead L3 activities for quick turnaround of the solution

• Responsible and accountable for delivery of technical excellence by the team

• Active participation on Po Cs and innovation activities This role will involve some travel for business in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.Required skills We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

The skills you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, information technology or other relateddiscipline with 8 to 10 years of experience

• Strong experience working in data transformation, data exposition (API) technologies.

• Data model creation and associated business understanding interest

• Experience in following an agile methodology (SCRUM, KABAN, SAFe).Must have

• C# and SQL

• API development

• AWS manage services, containers

• Experience in agile development / SAFe ways of working Nice to have

• Typescript

• HTML, CSSAbility to thoroughly understand the business issues surrounding each project English: advanced level both verbal and written Success Metrics:Success will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to
