  • Excellent upskilling opportunities and great international, group wide development prospects

  • Special benefits: employer-funded pension, employee stock options, discounted car leasing, special conditions for insurances, subsidies for public transport, employee benefits at cooperating companies

  • On-site-facilities: Kindergarten close to the site, medical officer for check-ups and other health-related services, canteen and cafeteria, gym

  • Working in a diverse environment, with more than 140 nationalities, where every voice is heard

Your tasks and key responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HRBPs, providing deep market insights and defining role requirements that align with Airbus’ long-term goals.

  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle — from innovative sourcing and diversity-focused job branding to high-touch candidate selection.

  • Active Sourcing & Networking: Define and execute advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, niche boards, networking) to build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pools.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a high quality application process that authentically reflects our corporate culture.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Airbus at recruitment events and on social media to promote our commitment to innovation, diversity, and inclusion.

  • Project Leadership: Drive Talent Aquisition projects to optimize global recruitment processes, candidate experience, and inclusive hiring practices.

  • Enablement: Facilitate workshops and training for hiring teams to ensure professional and unbiased selection processes.

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Experience: Several years of profound experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a complex, international corporate environment.

  • Expertise: Proven track record in Active Sourcing and Project Management. You know how to balance multiple high-priority roles simultaneously and you have a profound knowledge of modern interview techniques (e.g., competency-based/STAR method) and aptitude diagnostics.

  • Communication: A powerful facilitator and influencer. You can navigate stakeholder relationships at all levels with confidence and integrity.

  • Mindset: Proactive, result-oriented, and energetic. You are data-driven, analytical and possess an entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrate a strong "can-do" attitude. You have a "winning mentality".

  • Education: Degree in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable professional background.

  • Languages: Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
