Job Description:

Location: Strykow

Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Assembling and ensuring the full operational efficiency of test stands.
• Service and Maintenance: Ongoing servicing of machines supporting testing processes.
• Prototyping: Designing and manufacturing specialized tools to facilitate assembly (i.e., jigs and fixtures).
• Quality Control: Performing verification measurements for newly manufactured tools and fixtures.
• Work Organization: Maintaining 5S standards and maintaining order in the workshop and test stands.

Expectations:

• Technical Aptitude: Basic manual dexterity and comfortable working with workshop tools.
• Documentation Reading: Basic knowledge of technical drawings (required).
• Communication: English language skills sufficient to understand technical documentation and communicate clearly.
• Resilience and commitment: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under time pressure.
• Availability: Minimum 20 hours per week
• Must be of legal age
