Principais atividades:

Apoiar a execução e a logística de programas de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento (T&D);
-
Apoiar no monitoramento e atualizar os indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) de Recursos Humanos, garantindo a precisão e a análise qualitativa dos dados;
-
Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e criar apresentações visuais para dar suporte à comunicação de resultados e à tomada de decisão da liderança;
-
Auxiliar na organização e condução do processo de Onboarding (integração) de novos colaboradores, além de apoiar ações focadas em engajamento e clima organizacional.
Requisitos obrigatórios:
-
Cursando ensino superior em Administração ou áreas correlatas;
-
Desejável conhecimento nas ferramentas do Google Workspace;
-
Inglês intermediário.

Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 2 anos;
-

Human Resources Internship (Organizational Development)
Location:
Itajubá, MG
Format:
In-person
Working Hours: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Main responsibilities:
-
Support the implementation and logistics of Training and Development (T&D) programs;

Required qualifications:

Currently pursuing a college degree in Business Administration or related fields;

Knowledge of Google Workspace tools is desirable;
