Your Responsibilities:

• Dashboarding: Development and maintenance of performance dashboards in Service Now and Skywise.

• Quality Assurance: Conducting ticket audits to monitor data quality and process compliance.

• Data Analysis: Creation of ad-hoc analyses to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies.

• Process Support: Providing assistance to German locations in measuring cost reduction measures.

Your Profile:

• Strong analytical skills and experience in handling large data volumes.

• Proficient in Service Now Reporting and Skywise.

• Detail-oriented working style and understanding of IT service structures.
