Job Description:

Misión:

Gestionar el mantenimiento integral de infraestructura y equipos no productivos, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo, la optimización del presupuesto en refacciones y el soporte técnico a proyectos de infraestructura y obra civil en las plantas de Airbus.

Responsabilidades:

• Recibir y revisar materiales, refacciones, equipos y otros suministros mediante órdenes de entrada y realizar su estiba.

• Verificar que las características de los materiales, refacciones y equipos correspondan a la requisición realizada y cumplan con el proceso adecuado del proveedor.

• Codificar y registrar la mercancía en el sistema.

• Recibir y revisar las requisiciones internas de materiales, refacciones y/o equipo.

• Controlar los inventarios de refacciones y herramientas, generando el reporte de existencias a través del sistema.

• Clasificar y organizar el material en el almacén para garantizar su rápida localización.

• Preparar inventarios parciales y periódicos para garantizar la existencia y detectar materiales obsoletos en almacenamiento.

• Garantizar la confiabilidad del inventario en sistema contra el físico, realizando entradas, salidas, conteos cíclicos aleatorios e inventarios generales.

• Monitorear el cumplimiento del gasto asignado al área mediante reportes semanales y mensuales.

• Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos de seguridad integral establecidos por la organización.

• Gestionar el requerimiento de refacciones de acuerdo con la gestión de mantenimiento.

• Realizar proyectos de ahorro presupuestal para optimizar el uso de refacciones, así como la búsqueda de nuevos proveedores para mejorar costos.

• Mantener los máximos y mínimos del área de almacén.

• Coordinar con el departamento de logística la descarga de material para proyectos especiales.

• Obtener y registrar los números de parte de las nuevas refacciones.

• Crear el plan de mantenimiento para los equipos de servicio.

• Monitorear y controlar los indicadores (KPIs) de mantenimiento no productivo.

• Control presupuestal.

• Colaborar con el programa de mantenimiento para el seguimiento de las Órdenes de Trabajo (OT).

• Seguir el plan de mantenimiento semanal y mensual mediante la generación de órdenes de trabajo y el reabastecimiento de materiales para su ejecución.

• Realizar el cierre de órdenes y el reporte semanal de cumplimiento del plan de mantenimiento.

• Dar seguimiento a las notificaciones de actividad, así como mejorar los procedimientos a través de los comentarios registrados en las OT.

• Realizar un mapeo periódico del plan de actividades para asegurar el éxito en las auditorías.

• Gestionar el área de servicio brindando confiabilidad a los equipos de Aire Acondicionado (A/C), Chiller, Caldera, Subestación, Compresores y Cisterna.

• Gestionar una base de datos enfocada al área de instalaciones (facilities)

Requerimientos:

Formación: Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, Electrónica o Mecánica.

Herramientas: Dominio de Google Workspace.

Habilidades: Planeación y organización.

Idiomas: Inglés conversacional (Nivel intermedio).

Mission:

Manage comprehensive maintenance for infrastructure and non-productive equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance, spare parts budget optimization, and technical support for infrastructure and civil works projects at Airbus facilities."

Responsibilities:

• Receive and review materials, spare parts, equipment and other supplies, through entry orders and stow them.

• Verify that the characteristics of the materials, spare parts, equipment and other supplies correspond to the requisition carried out and comply with the appropriate process of the supplier.

• Encode and register the merchandise in the system.

• Receive and review the internal requisitions of materials, spare parts and / or equipment.

• Controls inventories of spare parts and tools, making the stock report through the system.

• Sort and organize the material in the warehouse in order to guarantee quick location.

• Prepares partial and periodic inventories to guarantee the existence and obsolete in storage.

• Guarantee the reliability of inventory in the system against physical inventory, making entries and exits, as well as random cyclical counts and general inventories.

• Monitor compliance with the spending assigned to the area, through weekly and monthly reports.

• Comply with the rules and procedures regarding integral security, established by the organization.

• Manage the requirement of spare parts according to maintenance management.

• Carry out budget savings projects to optimize the use of spare parts as well as the search for new suppliers to

• improve spare parts costs.

• Maintain minimums and maximums of the warehouse area.

• Coordinate with logistics department the unloading of material for special projects

• Get and Register the new spare parts numbers.

• Create maintenance plan for service equipment

• Monitoring and control of non-productive maintenance indicators.

• Budget control

• Collaborate with the maintenance program to monitor Work Orders

• Follow the weekly and monthly maintenance plan with the generation of work orders as well as the

• replenishment of materials for execution.

• Closing of orders as well as weekly posting of compliance with the maintenance plan.

• Follow up on activity notifications as well as improve the activity procedure through the comments noted in the O.T

• Carry out a periodic mapping of the activity plan to ensure audits.

• Manages the service area providing reliability to the A/C, Chiller, Boiler, Substation, Compressors, and Cistern equipment.

• Manages a database focused on the facilities area.

Requeriments:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.

Software: Proficient in Google Workspace.

Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills.

Languages: Intermediate conversational English.
