Descriptif des missions proposées
Intégré(e) au département Supply après-vente, l'assistant(e) Supply apportera son soutien à l'équipe et au Manager. La mission du département est d'améliorer la performance globale des fournisseurs afin d'assurer des livraisons à l’heure et de qualité pour notre stock et nos clients.
ACTIVITES
Support for Supplier Performance:
- En charge des reportings pour le suivi de performance Fournisseurs : OTD, OQD, OTIF (On Time in Full), DOD (Depth of Delay), Discrepancies, Sales orders backlog, Suppliers backlog…
- En charge de la base de données « Contact Fournisseurs »,
- Produire les « Cartes d’identité » Fournisseur.
- Management Visuel :
- Produire et industrialiser/automatiser les indicateurs pour les équipes : Performance, Management Visuel, Suivi spécifiques,
- Supporter les équipes dans l ’implémentation, la Customisation et l’amélioration des Power Bi.
- Amélioration Continue :
- En charge de la cartographie des processus du Service (SAP, Problem solving…)
- En accord avec cette cartographie, créer ou mettre à jour les procédures de travail, mais aussi créer des Supports de formation si nécessaire.
- Toujours être force de proposition pour identifier, améliorer et harmoniser les procédures existantes.
- Projets transverses :
- Piloter des projets transverse en représentant les équipes Inventory Supply, projets en lien avec l’information, la qualité, la logistique, le stock et les Achats.
Cet apprentissage est fait pour vous :PROFIL :
Vous avez acquis un Bac +3 dans le domaine de la Logistique ou des Achats, vous souhaitez effectuer votre Bac +5 (Université/Ecole de Commerce) en alternance et vous pouvez démontrer les compétences et qualités suivantes :
✓ Bonnes connaissances de la Supply Chain et des Achats,
✓ Anglais (courant)
✓ Maîtrise d'Excel ; la maîtrise des Macro et VBA est un plus,
✓ Power Bi & SAP sont un plus,
✓ Autonomie et rigueur
✓ Réactivité, proactivité, esprit d’analyse
✓ Bonne communication

Detailed description of the mission
Integrated into the Inventory Supply Dpt. the Inventory Supply Assistant will be in support of the Team and the Manager. The mission of the Dpt. is to improve the overall performance and compliance of suppliers to ensure On Time and On Quality deliveries to our stock & customers.
ACTIVITIES
Support for Supplier Performance:
- In charge of reporting for the Supplier follow-up: OTD, OQD, OTIF (On Time in Full), DOD (Depth of Delay), Discrepancies, Sales orders backlog, Suppliers backlog…
- Manage the Aftermarket Supplier Contact database,
- Produce the Aftermarket Supply Chain Cards.
- Visual Management:
- Produce and industrialize the indicators for the Dpt. : Performance, Visual Management, specific follow-up,
- Support the Team for the Power Bi implementation, customization & improvement.
- Continuous Improvement:
- In charge of the overall mapping of Supply Process (SAP, Problem solving…)
- According to the mapping, creation/update of the internal processes + support of training, if necessary,
- In addition, be proactive to identify, improve and harmonize the current processes.
- Transversal Project:
- Lead transversal projects for the Supply Dpt. in link with : IT, Logistic, Quality, Procurement & Inventory
This apprenticeship is designed for you
PROFIL
You have completed a Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Logistics or Procurement, and you are looking to pursue a Master’s degree (Bac +5) at a University or Business School on a work‑study basis. You can demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
✓ Knowledges of Supply Chain & Procurement
✓ English – B1
✓ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills + VBA developments appreciated
✓ Power Bi & SAP are a plus
✓ Organized, curious, takes initiative
✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✓ Good communication skills
