Misión
Asegurar la precisión y el cumplimiento normativo de los procesos contables relacionados con los gastos de viaje, gestionando cierres mensuales y anuales en SAP (módulo FI) y SAP Concur. El objetivo es garantizar que los registros, reembolsos y documentos fiscales se ejecuten en tiempo y forma, bajo las leyes fiscales vigentes y las políticas corporativas.
Responsabilidades

Gestión de Cierres: Elaborar y revisar los cierres contables mensuales y anuales en SAP para el módulo de gastos de viaje.

Análisis Financiero: Analizar las cuentas contables de gastos de empleados para todas las entidades del Centro de Servicios Compartidos (SSC).

Integración Contable: Mantener las cuentas claras y transparentes, asegurando su correcta integración por concepto.

Gestión de Pagos: Verificar el estricto cumplimiento de los compromisos de pago hacia los colaboradores.

Control de Cartera: Monitorear y controlar la deuda de anticipos por viáticos para mitigar la morosidad (manteniendo una antigüedad de saldos no mayor a 30 días).

Auditorías: Apoyar en auditorías financieras internas y externas, proporcionando la documentación e información requerida.

Soporte Técnico: Brindar soporte al usuario final en el uso de SAP (módulo FI) y SAP Concur (gestión de gastos).

Mitigación de Riesgos: Coadyuvar en la identificación e implementación de medidas para reducir riesgos financieros y operativos.

Capacitación: Cumplir anualmente con el plan de capacitación definido en la plataforma interna (My Pulse).
Requerimientos

Formación: Licenciatura en Contaduría (Titulado).

Experiencia: 2 a 3 años en cuentas por pagar y gestión de viajes (AP - Travel & Expenses).
-
Idiomas: Inglés intermedio.
-
Sistemas: Conocimiento intermedio de Microsoft Office y SAP.
-
Conocimientos Técnicos: Contabilidad fiscal, normas financieras (NIF/IFRS) y procesos de auditoría.

Mission
Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance in accounting processes related to employee travel expenses. Manage monthly and annual closings in SAP (FI module) and SAP Concur, guaranteeing that accounting records, reimbursements, and tax documentation are executed in a timely manner, in accordance with current tax laws and corporate policies.
Responsibilities

Closing Management: Prepare and review monthly and annual accounting closings within the SAP travel expense module.

Financial Analysis: Analyze employee expense accounts for all entities within the Shared Services Center (SSC).

Account Integration: Maintain clear and transparent accounting ledgers, ensuring correct integration by expense category.

Payment Management: Verify strict compliance with payment commitments to employees/collaborators.

Aging & Credit Control: Monitor and control travel advance debt to prevent delinquency (maintaining an aging balance of no more than 30 days).

Audit Support: Assist with internal and external financial audits by providing required documentation and information.

User Support: Provide end-user support for the ERP-SAP system (FI module) and SAP Concur (expense management).

Risk Mitigation: Collaborate in identifying and implementing measures to mitigate financial and operational risks.

Training: Complete annual training requirements as defined in the internal platform (My Pulse).
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Certified/Licensed).

Experience: 2 to 3 years in Accounts Payable (AP) – Travel and Expenses.

Languages: Intermediate English.
-
Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Knowledge: Tax accounting, financial standards (IFRS/Local GAAP), and auditing processes.
