We are currently looking for a Finance Controlling Business Partner (d/f/m) to join our highly engaged and diverse team “Products & Services Controlling” in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.
The Satair Finance Team is a truly global team with colleagues in the US, Germany, Denmark and Singapore coming from different backgrounds, cultures and nationalities!
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
As a Finance Controlling Business Partner (d/f/m), you will
-
Drive profitability for Satair products and service lines by taking full ownership of revenue, cost, and inventory forecasting.

Act as a strategic Business Partner, providing financial expertise and challenging assumptions to guide key decision-making processes.

Steer competitiveness within multi-functional teams by collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Planning to influence business commitments.

Orchestrate forecast planning and budgeting for your assigned product lines in close coordination with Operations and the Executive Leadership Team.
-
Deliver actionable insights through synthesized performance analyses and financial scenarios that ensure high data quality and consistency.

Optimize commercial performance by creating KPI dashboards and challenging product line health, including turn rates, slow movers, and impairments.
