Maintenance Training Intern
Job Description:Maintenance Training Document Management
- Support to manage Maintenance Training preparation, completion, training dossier and certificates within EASA / CAAC regulations and Airbus standards by co-operation with ACSU teams.
- Support ACSUM for EASA / CAAC / Airbus / Other authorities’ audit.
- Support to maintain and update maintenance x-training materials and official forms in the ACSUM folder on the company network.
Maintenance Training Business Development
-
Support new business projects like e-dossier, CBTA study, cooperation with third parties, local training development within the maintenance domain.

Support handling inquiries for entity related information and internal processes.

Support developed business (FAL projects, bridge training project with Light Jet, Part timer managements and Tsinghua AI develop activities)
-
Support the project leader of instructors’ and training dossier digitalization in order to fully fill the EASA / CCAR Part147 regulation and Airbus standards.
Office Administration Management
-
Support to manage all administrative tasks and logistic tasks within the Maintenance Training department.

Support travel arrangement of visitors (e.g. visa 🡪 invitation letter, company letter, badge access authority and local support and etc. if applicable).

Support Admin/HR issues of the department.

Support Organization and/or support for department and company events / workshops / Team activities, etc.
