ATR - Apprenticeship - Flight control system architecture modeling

Descriptif des missions proposées
Au sein du bureau d’études Systèmes Hydromécaniques, vos missions seront pendant cette alternance :
- Immersion dans l’architecture des commandes de vol des avions ATR
- Intégration et uniformisation des outils existants permettant de simuler la cinématique des commandes de vol
- Développement de méthodes destinées à valider les calculs des efforts pilote, des moments de charnière (via essais au sol ou en vol, …), en collaboration avec le département Physique du vol
- Pour nos futurs développements :Elaboration, évaluation et proposition d’architectures permettant d’optimiser la configuration avion globale (impacts hydrauliques, électriques, et masse associés) à l’aide d’un outil d'ingénierie simultanée automatisé.
- Evaluation de l’outil proposé.
Cet apprentissage est fait pour vous :
- Diplôme de master ou d’ingénierie mécanique, aéronautique
- Mécanique, cinématique, simulation dynamique, architecture des systèmes, ingénierie simultanée
- Curiosité, précision, capacité à prendre du recul, à échanger avec d’autres disciplines, capacité de synthèse
- Français, Anglais

What we will do together:
Being an apprentice at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market leading company!
Within the Hydromechanical Systems design office, your tasks during this apprenticeship will include:
- Deep dive in the ATR flight controls architecture
- Integration and uniformization of the different tools already existing that simulate our flight controls kinematics
- Development of methods to validate computations such as pilot forces, hinge moments (flight tests, static tests…) in collaboration with the flight physics department
- For future developments:Elaboration and evaluation of trade-off architectures in order to optimize the aircraft configuration with electrical, hydraulic generation and mass impacts, using a concurrent engineering automated tool.
- Evaluation of the pros and cons of the proposed tool for the choice of a flight control architecture.
This apprenticeship is designed for you
- You’re studying for a mechanical or aeronautical engineering degree.
- Mechanical and Kinematic computations, systems architecture, concurrent engineering, dynamic simulation.
- Curious, good adaptation capability, teamwork spirit, good summarizing capability.
- French and English
