Job Description:
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experienceabroad in a technical or business function.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:
• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if anyFor more information: http://www.civiweb.com/international/default.html (in English, German, Italian and Spanish)
The contract duration of VIE is between

Scope:
Europe Non-Core Region (18 Countries) & Global International Governance As a VIE in the HR International & Governance team, you will be steering the implementation of global strategies across our global footprint.
Airbus is rapidly expanding its footprint in Poland, a strategic growth hub for our engineering and industrial future. We are looking for a high-potential individual to act as the strategic bridge between Central Headquarters and our local entities, ensuring that our global ambitions land successfully on the ground.
Main Tasks:
1. Regional support: Europe Non-Core & International
-
Act as a key stakeholder in preparing the region for the European Pay Transparency Act.
-
Support in rolling out HR initiatives across our global network such as grading structure harmonization or people development initiatives.
2. Local coordination: Poland
-
Act as a facilitator to help the various Airbus entities in Poland stay connected and collaborate on joint HR topics.

Support the local leadership in landing sensitive business campaigns and center implementations.
-
Translate global branding strategies into local digital campaigns and recruitment events that resonate with Polish talent.
3. Employment branding support :
- Support the employment marketing effort in the Europe Non core region, coordinating with the Employment marketing team, gathering and executing the needs of local focal points.
Required skills :

Education: Master's degree in HR, Business, or Management.

International ease: you are genuinely comfortable working in a multicultural environment and navigating different professional cultures.

Strong communication: you are easily able to effectively communicate with different stakeholders on a daily basis.

Collaborative spirit: you enjoy connecting people and making sure information flows between different teams.

En tant que V.I.E au sein de l'équipe RH Internationale & Gouvernance, vous piloterez la mise en œuvre des stratégies mondiales sur l'ensemble de notre empreinte internationale.
Airbus développe rapidement sa présence en Pologne, un pôle de croissance stratégique pour notre avenir technique et industriel. Nous recherchons un profil à haut potentiel pour agir en tant que passerelle stratégique entre le siège central et nos entités locales, afin de garantir que nos ambitions mondiales se concrétisent avec succès sur le terrain.
Missions principales :
1. Support Régional : Europe Non-Core & International
-
Agir en tant qu'intervenant clé dans la préparation de la région à la directive européenne sur la transparence des rémunérations (European Pay Transparency Act).
-
Soutenir le déploiement d'initiatives RH à travers notre réseau mondial, telles que l'harmonisation de la structure de classification (grading) ou les programmes de développement des collaborateurs.
2. Coordination Locale : Pologne
-
Agir en tant que facilitateur pour aider les différentes entités d'Airbus en Pologne à rester connectées et à collaborer sur des sujets RH communs.

Accompagner le leadership local dans le déploiement de campagnes business sensibles et la mise en place de centres opérationnels.
-
Traduire les stratégies de marque employeur mondiales en campagnes digitales locales et en événements de recrutement qui trouvent un écho auprès des talents polonais.
3. Support à la Marque Employeur (Employment Branding) :
- Soutenir l'effort de marketing employeur dans la région Europe Non-Core, en coordination avec l'équipe Marketing Employeur, en recueillant et en exécutant les besoins des points focaux locaux.

Aisance internationale :vous êtes naturellement à l'aise dans un environnement multiculturel et savez naviguer entre différentes cultures professionnelles.

Communication forte :** vous êtes capable de communiquer efficacement avec différentes parties prenantes au quotidien.**

Esprit collaboratif :** vous aimez créer du lien entre les personnes et veiller à la fluidité de l'information entre les équipes.**

Formation :** Diplôme BAC+5 en RH, Commerce ou Management.**

Outils :** Maîtrise de Google Workspace.**
