Job Description:

Job Description Main activities:

  • Database Collection:

Extract and organize critical data points from a large number of real case files to build and maintain an up-to-date database.

  • Monthly Dashboard Support:

Assist in updating data for the monthly information dashboard to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

  • File and Template Management:

Assist in organizing, categorizing, and consolidating daily shared files and work templates for efficient access and use.

Outputs:

  • Database
  • Dashboard
  • Google Drive organization
  • Other relevant reports, etc.

Requirements

  • Available at least 4 days a week for a minimum duration of 4 months
  • A background in engineering is essential, with IT skills considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools
  • Basic skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset
