Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Suporte e Serviços (Business)
Localização: Itajubá - MG
Modalidade: Presencial
Horário: 7h às 14h ou 10h às 17h
Principais atividades:
-
Auxiliar na elaboração e atualização de dashboards e KPIs, garantindo a precisão dos dados.
-
Apoiar na gestão de contratos, acompanhando prazos e informações relevantes.
-
Analisar dados para identificar gargalos e oportunidades de otimização de processos.
-
Colaborar no desenvolvimento e implementação de projetos de automação de processos.
-
Prestar suporte às atividades diárias e auxiliar na execução de projetos da equipe.
Requisitos obrigatórios:
-
Cursando ensino superior em Engenharia, Administração ou Sistemas de Informação;
-
Desejável ter conhecimento em Excel;
-
Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 2 anos;
-

Job Description: Support and Services (Business) Internship
Location: Itajubá - MG
Format: In-person
Working Hours: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Main responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and updating of dashboards and KPIs, ensuring data accuracy.

Support contract management by tracking deadlines and relevant information.

Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization.
-
Collaborate on the development and implementation of process automation projects.
-
Provide support for daily activities and assist in the execution of team projects.
Required qualifications:
-
Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems;
-
Knowledge of Excel is preferred;
-
Be available to complete an in-person internship (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 2 years;
-
