Être alternant chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.

Descriptif des missions proposées

  • Anticiper et gérer l’arrivée des pièces/équipements en fonction des dates de besoin sur les postes de montage
  • Vérifier la conformité visuelle de la livraison des pièces/équipements, l’état d’arrivée des USM et des kanbans (quincailleries, consommables …)
  • Prendre en compte les refus des pièces/équipements émis au travers des non conformités et assurer leur remplacement et leur retour en appliquant les procédures en vigueur
  • Analyser et communiquer l’état des manquants (délai prévisionnel de livraison, stock, transit…), relancer la supply chain en d’incompatibilité avec les besoins de la production.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration de la gestion des flux

Cet apprentissage est fait pour vous :

  • Vous êtes dans un cursus orienté logistique et supply chain ou production industrielle.
  • Vous savez communiquer avec des interlocuteurs internes et externes variés (production, qualité, supply chain …)
  • Vous aurez à développer une synergie avec différents acteurs internes et externes (Travail en équipe / Travail en transverse / Collaborer)
  • Vous devrez rechercher et proposer des solutions (analyse et synthèse)
  • Vous détenez des capacités d’organisation, de gestion des priorités et des urgences …
  • Vous êtes autonome et réactif

Being an apprentice at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market leading company!

Detailed description of the mission

  • Anticipate and manage the deliveries of parts/equipment based on the required dates at each assembly stations.

  • Check the visual conformity of the parts/equipment delivered, the status of the MDU (Mobile Delivery Unit) and kanbans (hardware, consumables, etc.).

  • Manage any rejected parts/equipment due to non-conformities and ensure their replacement and return by applying the current procedures.

  • Analyze and communicate the status of missing parts (estimated delivery time, stock, transit, etc.), and follow up with the supply chain in case of incompatibility with production needs.

  • Contribute to improving flow management.

This apprenticeship is designed for you

  • You are currently in a program focused on logistics and supply chain or industrial production.
  • You are able to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders (production, quality, supply chain, etc.).
  • You will be expected to develop synergy with different internal and external actors (teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and teamwork).
  • You will be required to research and propose solutions (analysis and synthesis).
  • You possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and emergencies.
  • You are autonomous and proactive.
