Electrical Power Distribution System engineer (m/f)
Job Description:Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an **Electrical Power Distribution Engineer (f/m)**to join our Electrical Distribution, Conversion & Network Quality Team based in Toulouse, France.
You will lead the development of future Low Voltage (115Vac & 28Vdc) platforms to meet ambitious aircraft decarbonisation goals. This role focuses on identifying and maturing breakthrough electrical technologies while supporting in-service operations.

Your challenges:

Specify functional and performance requirements for electrical distribution systems and techno-bricks.
-
Steer external suppliers to ensure equipment development compliance with safety, cost, and quality standards.
-
Define electrical architectures including function allocation and safety requirements cascading.
-
Evaluate solutions and technologies for future aircraft designs using simulation models like Matlab or CATIA.

Support suppliers in technical challenges and manage equipment Development Reviews.
Your boarding pass:

Engineering degree with solid experience in electrical systems and high voltage constraints/power electronics.

Proven experience in project management and steering external suppliers in a transnational environment.

Strong leadership mindset with the ability to interact and negotiate effectively.

Advanced level of English (negotiation level) is required for this role.
