Job Description:

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a highly experienced (10+ years) flight services support position in Getafe, Madrid (Spain).
The candidate must:

• Provide support for all Airbus Defence and Space flight activities execution (test areas, overflight permits, ATC, routes, flight plans, PPR,
  slots, weather, NOTAM, EFB and documentation updates, handling, fuel orders, special requirements and authorizations, etc.), strictly
  enforcing flight safety, efficiency and compliance will all applicable laws and regulations (Spanish and international).

• Elaborate, optimize and communicate flight tests planning.

• Prepare and manage flight tests dispatch. Insure availability of flight tests documentation (including on board and regulatory flight authorizations).

• Follow-up tests execution to support efficiency, maturity and safety.

• Prepare and coordinate all the aspects of a test campaign.

• Be able to operate test means for flight test support (telemetry, radio, …).

• Screen and optimize test requests, planning, support readiness for test execution in close relation with stakeholders and follow-up flight
  tests-related certification documentation.

• Support flight crewmembers in acquiring and maintaining appropriate licenses, qualification and currency (previous experience with Airbus

• Defence and Space internal procedures)

• Support flight services invoice processing and controlling through in-company SAP tools.
