Job Description:Satair is looking for a Process Performance Manager to join our team in Dulles, VA.
In this role you will will be to support the local and global Logistics & Repair Teams to drive and improve on KPI’s such as On-Time Delivery and other cascaded Top Company Objectives / KPI’s. Data analysis, Root cause identification, performance reporting in business review meetings, deploying AOS and supporting risk management are expected.

Your Working Environment:
Located just five miles from Washington Dulles International Airport, and 30 miles from the U.S. Capitol, this site serves as our major parts distribution hub in the Americas. The facility is a 24/7 fulfillment center, with an Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support desk, and Quality Assurance (QA) operations. To best support our customers, our 250,000-square-foot warehouse features a brand new technology called Autostore, aiming at increasing productivity.

Your Challenges:
- Performance & Improvement Manager for the Warehouses in Dulles and Miami (50%)
-
Drive performance management in the region as well as Global Order-to-invoice process governance in alignment with Global operations & performance teams
-
Weekly and Monthly performance & business reviews at regional and global level
-
Lead improvement initiatives and root cause analysis with Warehouse teams and other stakeholders
-
Data analysis enabling data driven decision making (20%)
-
Deploy LEAN / Airbus Operating System (AOS) initiatives such as Value Stream Mapping, Practical Problem Solving etc and foster a continuous improvement mindset (20%)

Support global Risk and Opportunity Management covering all Satair global Warehouse sites and feed Satair Operations R&O Register 5%

Contribute to Logistics Transformation Projects

Actively collaborate and contribute to the global AOS and Data and performance communities at Satair Level.

Contribute towards AOS Maturity Assessments.

Contribute to an End 2 End Logistics process review to ensure operational excellence.

Support budget reviews aligned with the company financial process

Physical Requirements:

Vision: able to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings.

Hearing: able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on the production floor including safety warnings or alarms.

Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications.

Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts.

Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs.

Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs.

Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools.

Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer.

Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.

Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor.

Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice.

Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces.

Personal Protective Equipment required: Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site

Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visits, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.
