Objectifs du stage
Au sein de l’équipe «Training, FAL Qualification & Tutoring » rattaché à la Direction Qualité et acteur du processus RH vous contribuerez à :
- Analyser le processus actuel de formation et de qualification.
- Identifier les opportunités de digitalisation.
- Proposer et développer des solutions numériques simples
- Contribuer à l’expérience utilisateur (formés, tuteurs, managers).
Descriptif des missions proposées Analyse & diagnostic
- Cartographier le processus actuel de formation et de qualification.
- Identifier les points d’amélioration et les opportunités de digitalisation.
Conception & développement
- Proposer des solutions digitales (Power Apps, Power Automate, outils M365, LMS).
- Participer à la digitalisation des évaluations, des checklists et de la gestion documentaire.
- Développer ou adapter des outils facilitant la planification et le suivi des qualifications.
Pilotage & reporting
- Contribuer à la création de tableaux de bord (ex : Power BI).
- Définir des indicateurs de suivi pour les équipes opérationnelles et RH.
Accompagnement au changement
- Participer aux tests utilisateurs.
- Rédiger des supports et modes opératoires.
- Assister les formateurs, tuteurs et managers lors du déploiement.
Cet apprentissage est fait pour vous
- Étudiant(e) en formation Bac +3 à Bac +5 (Ressources Humaines, Qualité, Organisation, Ingénierie, Digital…).
- Intérêt pour la transformation digitale et l’optimisation des processus.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques ; connaissance Google suite et Micrrosoft 365 appréciée.
- Capacité d’analyse, autonomie, sens du relationnel.
- Être autonome et Force de proposition,

Internship Objectives
Within the “Training, FAL Qualification & Tutoring” team, attached to the Quality Department and playing a key role in the HR process, you will contribute to:
- Analyze the current training and qualification process.
- Identify digitalization opportunities.
- Propose and develop simple digital solutions.
- Contribute to the user experience (trainees, tutors, managers).
Detailed description of the mission
Analysis & Diagnosis
- Map the current training and qualification process.
- Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for digitalization.
Design & Development:
- Propose digital solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, M365 tools, LMS).
- Participate in the digitalization of evaluations, checklists, and document management.
- Develop or adapt tools to facilitate the planning and monitoring of qualifications.
Steering & Reporting:
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
- Define monitoring indicators for operational and HR teams.
Change Management
- Participate in user testing.
- Draft support materials and operating procedures.
- Assist trainers, tutors, and managers during deployment.
This apprenticeship is designed for you
- You are a student in a Bachelor’s to Master’s program (Human Resources, Quality, Organization, Engineering, Digital…).
- You have an interest in digital transformation and process optimization.
- You are proficient with office tools; knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- You have analytical skills, autonomy, and good interpersonal abilities.
- You are proactive and able to work independently.
