A400M Structural Mechanic (d/f/m)

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Carrying out scheduled and unscheduled assembly, maintenance and repair work and structural repairs on the A400M weapon system, as well as analyzing faults and malfunctions based on reports and rectifying them

• Fitting modifications in accordance with drawings and specifications

• Determining repair and replacement scopes, carrying out repairs, adjustment and setting work as well as functional tests independently and on your own responsibility

• Carrying out assembly work and modifications according to plans, drawings and instructions.

• Documenting damage reports and carrying out repairs.

• Ensure continuous improvement

• Carrying out first level quality checks

Desired skills and qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a metalworking environment
• Very extensive, long-term experience on aircraft.
• Ability to work independently
• MS Office applications and OPAL knowledge.
• Fluent German and good command of English (technical English)

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
