An apprenticeship opportunity titled:« Apprenticeship in HR Projects & Transformation » has just opened at Airbus India located in Bangalore. You will join the "HR" department in charge of the Employee Development team.Ideally, this is a12-month program** and it should start inJuly/2026(date subject to flexibility).Your journey will be divided into three core pillars of transformation. Depending on your strengths and the team’s needs, you will lead or support initiatives across:**
Pillar 1: Talent Attraction & Market Presence

Boost our Employment Marketing by creating content that tells the Airbus story to the external world.

Support the Recruitment lifecycle **by ensuring our Workday processes and candidate interactions are seamless and professional.**Pillar 2: Organizational Culture & Belonging

Contribute to Culture Change projects that bring our global values to life locally in India.

Help drive Inclusion & Diversity (I&D)**initiatives, ensuring our workplace remains a diverse and welcoming environment for all.**Pillar 3: Capability Building & Growth

Support Learning & Development (L&D)by coordinating training sessions and promoting a digital-first learning mindset.

Assist in identifying the skills of tomorrow to ensure our workforce stays ahead of the curve.Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:
Project Management:** Learning how to plan and finish HR projects in a large global company.**HR Digital Tools:
Getting hands-on experience with tools like Workday and Google Workspace.Stakeholder Communication:
Learning how to work and talk with people from different departments and countries.Your Boarding Pass:Eligibility Criteria:

You are a Fresh Graduate**( Post Graduate) inHuman Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications..**

Zero Work Experience:** This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).**

Commitment:
Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.You possess the following competences: - Technical skills :

Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).

Comfort with digital platforms and an interest in HR technology and social media.

Basic understanding of HR processes and employee engagement.- Soft Skills :
-
Team Spirit: You like working with others and building relationships.

Proactive: You take initiative, ask questions, and look for better ways to do things.

Adaptable: You are happy to learn different parts of HR (Recruitment, Culture, or Learning).- Language skills :

English :Fluent/Advanced
