• チームでは、業界標準の商用ツールを用いたCI/CDパイプラインの構築および運用・サポートを担う、経験豊富なDevOpsエンジニアを募集しています。本ポジションは、DevOpsチームの中核メンバーとして、CI/CDの実装・最適化を通じて、ソフトウェア開発の品質向上とデリバリー速度の最大化に貢献します。

職務内容（Job Responsibilities）

• GitHub、Jenkins、JFrog Artifactory、Sonar Qube、Liquibase、Veracode などのツールを使用したCI/CDパイプラインの実装• ソリューションデリバリーおよびサービスデリバリーチームによるCI/CDパイプライン運用の支援
• CI/CDパイプラインの実装内容およびベストプラクティスのドキュメント化
• DevOps推進およびソフトウェアエンジニアリング手法に関し、技術者層およびシニアマネジメントとの連携・調整
• パイプライン／自動化を通じたリリース準備プロセスの企画・推進
• 他のエンジニアリングリーダーと密に連携し、品質向上と開発スピード最大化を実現するCI/CDプロセスおよびツールのビジョン策定・実行
• CI/CD関連技術およびオープンソースフレームワークの最新動向の継続的なキャッチアップ
• 組織内におけるCI/CDプラットフォームおよびプロダクト機能の啓蒙・展開

• JUnit、TestNG、Mocha、Jasmine、Karma、Selenium、JMeter、Cucumber、SoapUI などのテストツールの使用経験
• 正確かつ迅速、丁寧なコミュニケーション能力

経験年数

Total Experience

• Java、Python、Angular、JavaScript、TypeScript、.NET のいずれかを用いたソフトウェア開発経験：8年以上• CI/CDパイプラインの実装経験：2年以上

Job Purpose

• The DevOps Team is looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer who will be an integral part of the team focused on implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using various industry-standard commercial tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Sonar Qube, Liquibase, Veracode, etc.
• Support Solution and Service Delivery teams to run CI/CD pipelines
• Document CI/CD pipeline implementations and best practices
• Communicate and coordinate with technical audiences and senior leadership on DevOps enablement and software engineering practices
• Organize and lead release readiness through pipelines/automtion
• Work closely with other engineering leaders to cast and execute upon a vision for CI/CD processes and tooling what will maximize quality and increase delivery velocity
• Stay current with the latest development in CI/CD technologies and open-source frameworks
• Evangelize CI/CD platform and product capabilities within the organization

Required Skills and Experiences

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree (Computer Science or Engineering preferred)

Specific Qualifications

• Fluent Japanese
• Business level English
• Experience with Source Code management tools such as GitHub, BitBucket, GitLab, SubVersion
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis CI, AWS Code Build
• Experience with testing tools such as JUnit, TestNG, Mocha, Jasmine, Karma, Selenium, JMeter, Cucumber, SoapUI
• Clear Communication – sharing accurate information efficiently, timely and respectfully

Total Experience

• 8+ years’ experience in software development using at least one of the following technologies: Java, Python, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET
• 2+ years’ experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines
