職務目的（Job Purpose）

• ビジネスが主導するIT改革プロジェクトの実行にフォーカスしたプロジェクトマネージャーとしての職務である。

• 適切なガバナンスとアジャイル方法に則ったプロジェクトの開始から完了までのプロジェクトデリバリーを担当する。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

• プロジェクトの立ち上げから効果実現に至るまで、ビジネスベネフィットのためにプログラムを推進する。

• 課題の追跡、管理、リスクの事前阻止、およびプロジェクトの成功を確実にするためにコントロールポイントとして行動する。

• プロジェクトの課題と開発に関するタイムリーな洞察と報告により、トランスフォーメーションサービスリードを支援する。

• 構造化された計画、RAIDログ、ガバナンス、運営委員会によりプログラムを徹底管理する。

必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences）最終学歴

• 学士号または同等の学位

• 社内外との強いコミュニケーション能力、影響力のあるプレゼンテーションスキル

• ネイティブレベルの日本語の読み書き・ビジネスレベルの英語の読み書き（スピーキング尚可）

• 高い人間志向と顧客重視の姿勢

　【資格】

• プロジェクト関連の資格があれば尚可　(PMP、スクラムなど)

　業務経験

　　5年程度のプロジェクト管理経験 (コンサルティング経験があれば尚可)
