Make your mark in the Operations Team

How you will create an impact

  • Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle processing, including new business issuance, renewals, mid-term endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
  • Communicate in a clear, precise professional manner with all parties internal and external and multiple tasks with growth mindset.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by mentoring staff, promoting continuous learning, and driving operational excellence.
  • Try to sell the role by explaining how the role makes a difference to customers, colleagues or the AIG business.
  • Focus on the most important responsibilities and/or tasks. Set realistic expectations of what the role involves.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Relevant experience in insurance operations or underwriting support, preferably in both Motor and Non-Motor lines.
  • Experience in policy issuance with proven track record in client service, SLA/KPI management, and process quality control.
  • Possess service mindset.
  • Great communication skills.
