Gestionnaire Sinistres Risques Financiers Complexes H/F - CDD 6 mois

Vos missions :

  • Responsabilité d’un portefeuille de sinistres variés en Risques Financiers, et notamment les sinistres suivants : Responsabilité des dirigeants (D&O), Responsabilité civile professionnelle (PI – Professions réglementées, Institutions Financières, Professions non réglementées), Responsabilité Employeur (EPL), Fraude, Cyber.

  • Gestion de sinistres Français et Internationaux, ce qui vous permettra de développer vos connaissances en matière de législations étrangères (US, Canada, Europe notamment).

  • Surveiller et renseigner les sinistres à forte exposition dans le portefeuille

  • Assurer l'interface avec les assurés, les courtiers et les avocats pour résoudre les sinistres.

  • Fournir un service client de qualité supérieure, suivre les procédures, gérer les litiges, analyser la couverture, préparer les lettres de position de couverture, formuler / documenter les stratégies de traitement et de résolution des sinistres.

  • Superviser les avocats et les experts pour contrôler les coûts et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les avocats et les experts pour évaluer l'exposition

  • Travailler en étroite relation avec la souscription sur les sinistres existants et les tendances et présenter les sinistres importants au management sinistres et aux actuaires

Votre profil :

  • Niveau Bac+5 en droit des assurances et/ou droit des affaires

  • Expérience confirmée de 3 ans minimum dans la gestion de litiges dans le domaine des risques financiers - en tant qu’avocat ou expert sinistres en compagnie d’assurances, ou cabinet de courtage.

  • Excellente capacité rédactionnelle, pédagogie, capacité à négocier et à trouver des solutions.

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais oral et écrit
