Over the past year and a half we have successfully delivered highly impactful, enterprise-wide Generative AI solutions into production.  Our success to date is fuelling the rapid expansion of use cases across AIG, and by extension, the need for new highly skilled and experienced candidates in the GenAI space to join our team.

We are seeking someone with extensive hands-on experience, as we are an applied data science team operating in an agile and production orientated environment.  Candidates who have only managerial, or architecture experience should not apply.

Your responsibilities include:

• Development and successful delivery of data science and generative AI solutions in accordance with the business requirements.  Monitor solutions in production.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams that comprise product managers, engineers and business leaders.

• Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLMs efficacy, ground truth dataset quality, and guide product development roadmap

What is needed to be successful:

Required applied skills

• 2+ years of experience in a traditional data science role, preferably in NLP, working in an agile production orientated environment.

• 2+ years of experience with building Generative AI Solutions (Prompt engineering, designing and building RAG frameworks, validation pipelines, observability and monitoring solutions)

• Preference will be given to candidates who have work experience on the Palantir platform or who can demonstrate certification.

• Ability to work in a fast pasted high stakes environment.

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within and across teams.

• Highly technical and hands on team member.
