How you will create an impact
The AI Use Case Review Lead is responsible for evaluating, validating, and overseeing the implementation of AI use cases within the organization. This role ensures that all AI initiatives align with business objectives, deliver measurable value, and adhere to risk management standards. The AI Use Case Review Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive stakeholder engagement and maintain transparency throughout the review process.

Lead the assessment and validation of AI use cases, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Evaluate potential risks and benefits associated with each AI initiative, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and maximize value.

Engage stakeholders from various departments, including business units, IT, legal, and compliance, to facilitate collaborative reviews and decision-making.

Develop and maintain review frameworks and documentation to support consistent, repeatable evaluations of AI use cases.

Monitor ongoing AI projects to ensure adherence to approved guidelines and report progress to senior leadership.

Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging risks, and regulatory changes relevant to AI technologies.

Provide guidance and training to teams on risk assessment and value validation methodologies for AI projects.
What you’ll need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in AI project management, risk assessment, or technology governance roles.

Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and regulatory frameworks.

Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience with risk management, value analysis, and compliance processes in technology-driven environments.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
For positions based in New Jersey, the base salary range is $210,000-$280,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
