職務目的（Job Purpose）

• 上位者の指導のもとで、保険負債の評価や数理分析の実務を習得し、会社の財務健全性評価やリスク管理に貢献する。そして、将来的には、アクチュアリーとして独立して数理業務を担えるよう、専門知識と分析スキルを着実に身につける。

職責（Job Responsibilities）　1.　保険負債評価業務のサポート

決算業務における責任準備金の算出補助

• 各種経理計算のためのデータ整理・加工および検証

• 分析結果の集計および報告書作成補助

**　2.　リスク管理・経営分析支援**

• ESR関連の数理業務補助

• 経営計画、資本政策に関する数理的分析やレポート作成の補助

**　3.　学習・資格取得への取組**

• アクチュアリー試験の受験

• 保険数理・会計・リスク管理などの知識習得
