Responsabilidades:

• Gerenciar sinistros de carga internacionais/nacionais, desde a notificação inicial até a liquidação final, diariamente, dentro do nível de autoridade acordado e em conformidade com os padrões de serviço da AIG;
• Analisar notificações de sinistro e documentos fornecidos pelos clientes;
• Criar, atualizar e acompanhar as reservas;
• Supervisionar o trabalho de fornecedores, incluindo advogados, contadores, peritos e reguladores de sinistros;
• Interagir com clientes, prestadores de serviços e corretores para obter informações relacionadas a sinistros, explicar sinistros e decisões, e resolver recursos e reclamações;
• Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com subscritores e distribuidores para desenvolver um profundo conhecimento do negócio e contribuir para as melhores práticas em geral;
• Desenvolver relatórios de sinistros à gerência, à área atuarial e aos subscritores, quando necessário.
• Controlar sinistros, impacto e desdobramentos comerciais;
• Estreitar relacionamento com corretores estratégicos;
• Contribuir com discussões e comitês de sinistros da AIG

O que é necessário para ter sucesso

• experiência na regulação de sinistros de transporte nacional e internacional, além de um bom potencial para desenvolvimento de relacionamento com corretores visando a excelência no atendimento.
• Formação Superior Completa
• Bons Conhecimentos de Microsoft Office
• Ótima comunicação, organização, negociação, pensamento crítico/analítico e gestão de tempo.
• Inglês / Espanhol avançado serão considerados diferenciais
