職務目的（Job Purpose）

　AIGジャパンが日本のコーポレート市場におけるプレゼンスを拡大・強化していく中で、顧客およびブローカー向けに様々なイベントを実施し、当社への認知および関心を高めていきます。

　本ポジションの主なミッションは、会社の戦略目標と整合性を取りながら、イベントの企画立案から実行・完了までを一貫して担うことです。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

主な業務

• 企画・運営・プロジェクト管理

　　　　社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、社内外イベントの企画・設計を行う。スケジュールおよび詳細計画の策定、会場手配、

　　　　社内プロセスを含む日々の運営管理を行う。

• 予算管理

　　　　予算の策定および管理を行い、承認された予算内での運営を徹底する。

• ベンダーマネジメント

　　　　会場、ケータリング、音響、映像、ブランディング等に関するベンダーとの調整及び必要に応じた交渉を行う。

• その他

　　　　全社的な戦略施策および部門横断プロジェクトへの支援・貢献を行う。

• イベント管理ベンダー

• デザイン会社

必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences）最終学歴

　　学士号または同等の実務経験

　スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許

• イベントコーディネーターとしての実務経験（３年以上）

• クライアント向けコーポレートイベントの企画・運営経験

• 高い調整力、マルチタスク能力、対人スキル

• プレッシャー下でも冷静に対応できる能力

• ビジネスレベルの英語およびネイティブレベルの日本語

　業務経験

• イベントコーディネーターとして3年以上の経験
