About the role

What you need to know:

• 30% Time handles (quoting and binding) existing renewal business, new business and maintain those accounts throughout the term in accordance with Underwriting guidelines.
• 30% Supports the strategy with Direct Marketing Team, analyzing market trends and build a differentiated product offer.
• 10% Monitoring of supplier payments:
• 10% Prepares and sends group referrals to global underwriting
• 10% Coordinates internal areas to meet underwriting projects to ensure profitable sustainable growth.
• 10% Prepares reports with main KPI´s to follow up growth and profitability, if necessary, take proactive underwriting actions in case of any loss deviations.

What we’re looking for:

• Profile

Underwriting / pricing any line of business (Motor Business line have additional points, 2 or more experience years have additional points )

• Basic knowledge of insurance

• Education Bachelor’s degree

• English 80% > B1

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel + VBA, Word, Powerpoint

• Programming skills (Phyton, R) > Optional

• Behaviors Communication skills

• Proactive

• High degree of organizational skill

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines

• Good team player

• Attention to details
