AIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model, and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways.

How you will create an impact

• You will thrive by successfully balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, judgement and a risk mind-set. It will be essential to build effective relationships with brokers and to deliver a high standard of customer service.

• You will also play a key role in new business development, including attending broker events, and building new relationships across the market.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Underwriting experience in Marine - Transport & Logistics and a successful record of selling products to clients and brokers.

• Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Customer and sales orientated behaviours: motivated, tenacious, focused, technically skilled, proactive, and accountable.
