職務目的（Job Purpose）

• 自動車保険は、AIG損保の事業の約4割を占め、AIG損保において安定的に、収益を伴う成長を継続させるための重要な商品です。

• 当社の自動車保険の収益を伴う成長を実現するため、恒常的に良好な損害率を維持するための引受（アンダーライティング）戦略、損害率の良いマーケットの特定と攻略、それらを実現する商品の開発や統廃合を行います。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

　適性を踏まえて、以下のいずれかの業務に従事頂きます。また役割に応じて、職務グレードを調整します。

• 商品開発

　　　　保険商品に関する細かなルール設定を行う募集文書の作成から、補償内容・保険料・監督官庁との折衝、商品を販売・計上するシステムの要件定義、保険商品に関する照会対応などを担います。また商品・特約の開発・改定のみならず、標準商品代理店手数料の改定、全社的な自動車保険の契約管理システム刷新プロジェクトへの参画も期待されます。

• アンダーライティング

　　　　保険契約の引き受け可否判断や、データに基づき引受条件・保険金額・保険料率を踏まえた戦略的な引受ガイドラインの策定や改良、これらを通じて適切なポートフォリオミックスを実現します。また引き受け業務全体を変革し、募集タイミングでの引き受け可否判断を実現する引き受けエンジンの設計やプロセスの最適化をリードいただきます。

• 文書作成、各種校正、交渉等の地道な業務への対応が粘り強くできる

• システムの要件定義が出来ること、ポートフォリオマネジメントの経験があると尚可

　業務経験

• 自動車保険に関する営業経験、事務処理対応、または損害サービス業務の経験

• 保険引受、商品開発や事務改善のプロジェクト等への参画経験があれば尚可

• 小規模でも良いので、チームリーダーおよびチームマネジメントの経験があると望ましい
