Make your mark in Client and Broker Engagement
Our Client and Broker Engagement (CBE) team manages AIG’s major client relationships across all product lines, as well as driving new business activity. The team serves major clients and broker partners through an elevated, personalized experience – our client-centric framework drives a consistent experience and best practice, while allowing flexibility to meet the client’s needs.
How you will create an impact

You will proactively oversee, manage and strengthen AIG Philippines’ relationship with our distribution partners (i.e., brokers, reinsurance brokers, cedants, agents, partnerships, etc.) and key clients. Sourcing opportunities to support our business where we have competitive advantage, and in delivering differentiated value to distribution partners and key clients.

Continuously develop mutual growth strategies and joint marketing initiatives with our distribution partners, including account targeting and cross-selling, client & broker seminars, and other strategies to maximize client interaction.

With focus on Top 20 Major Clients, driving further engagement and product penetration.

You will partner with Product & Geography leads at the country and regional levels to develop, position, market, and deliver innovative, market-leading products and services through our distribution partners.

You will work closely with the General Manager, Underwriting, Legal, Claims, Finance and other departments to ensure optimal service is provided to our distribution partners and our key clients.

You will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the clear articulation of our risk appetite to our distribution partners and key clients.

Support the delivery of Client & Broker analytics, providing insights to business leaders that support them in driving and monitoring performance, and strategy-setting.

Ensure the required standards of governance, systems & controls, and regulatory compliance are established and maintained to support key client and broker engagement activities.

Collaborate often with Claims team to ensure a reputation of Claims excellence in the marketplace.

You will serve as a member of the AIG Philippines Leadership Team.

Actively participate in thought leadership and knowledge sharing initiatives and opportunities across the local market to promote AIG’s brand in the marketplace.

Engage with non-client/broker external stakeholders such as the Board and regulators, as required.
What you’ll need to succeed

A collaborative people leader with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Professional / Technical Skills and Experience:
-
Strong insurance industry experience, including frontline underwriting or broking
-
Extensive broker relationship management experience
-
Proven track record in managing, engaging and building relationships with major clients
-
Experience in managing high performing teams
-
Solid understanding of insurance management information reports and accounts
-
Additional experience in sales, business development or marketing preferable
