Your contribution at AIG:
You are respected for your expertise and/or ability to analyze and run the procees to issue/renew policies from a variety of products and clients, helping the team to accomplish the KPIs and ultimately, by taking ownership to take MN to the next level.
Key Accountabilities:
The position will be responsible for analyzing information from network to issue policies, endorsements, certificates as needed. Also, to request clients/brokers information to proceed with issuance of documents and comply with local regulations for Anti-Money laundering laws.
Responsible for developing relationships with brokers assigned and being the link between the external client and internal areas as needed. Contribute to growth of area by analyzing/negotiation increase of handling fees based on history of claims, level of support required, etc.
What we are looking for:
- Bilingual (fluent in English at a Business Level is a must) third language is desirable, not mandatory
- Desirable Minimum 3 years work experience in Insurance, Financial Services or Client Servicing (broker or company background).
- Bachelor’s degree in international business or related financial field
- Goal oriented Mindset. Open to always learn new skills and abilities: continuous learning attitude.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative & Capable to adapt to a changing environment.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines / SLAs
- Commercial acumen with negotiation skills
- Computer literacy required: IT packages, MS Outlook, Excel, Word
Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the following skills:
- Analytical
- Customer service
- Negotiation Capabilities
Technical Skills/ Experience:
- Experience communicating directly with external parties, including large and/or multinational corporations
- Insurance experience in a client & broker facing role (broker or company background)
- IT packages: MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
