職務目的（Job Purpose）

• AIG損保の企業財物保険に関して、リスクエンジニアリングサービスの提供を通じて、お客さま企業のリスクを可視化し、事故の未然防止と事業継続を支援することで、リスクの低減との収益性確保に貢献する。
• リスクエンジニアは現地でのサーベイまたはデスクトップでのサーベイを行い、アンダーライターのための社内レポートならびにお客さまへのリスク改善レポートを提出する。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

• 火災爆発、自然災害における危険を様々な業種において専門技術を駆使して高レベルのサーベイレポートを作成する。
• 日本ビジネスだけでなく、グローバルアカウントのためのサーベイを実施すして、リスクサーベイレポートを作成、お客様のリスク向上のためのレポートを作成する。
• 他損保やブローカーの作成したレポートを使ってデスクトップ評価を行う。
• ２回目以降のサーベイでは、前回のリスク改善のフォローアップを行う。
• 必要に応じて（有料の）リスクエンジニアリングサービスを行う。
• 必要な時にアンダーライターに技術的なアドバイスを行う。
• ビジネスパートナーやお客様にリクエストがあれば防災トレーニングを行う。
• 必要な時に契約を獲得するためにアンダーライターを支援する。
• 定期的にマネージャーにマネジメントレポートを提出する。

• 学士号または同等の学位

　スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許

　【スキル】

• 建物構造、電気設備、ボイラー、消火設備の安全性評価
• 火災・爆発・自然災害等のリスク分析
• NFPA基準やFM基準などの国際基準に基づく安全性評価
• 消火設備・防災設備の適合性判断
• リスクアセスメントレポート作成（COPE(Construction, Occupancy, Protection, Exposure)分析能力ならびにLoss Estimation作成能力）
• 損害防止策・改善提案の提言

　【知識】

• 建築、電気設備、消火設備、危険物（液体、ガスなど）、防火管理、ある程度の業種ごとの独自危険に対する知識

　【能力】

• 社内外の方々、特にお客様とのコミュニケーションを円滑にできるソフトスキル
• 新しい知識習得を能動的に行い、問題点をそのままにせずに解決しようとする姿勢
• 英語コミュニケーション、読解力、文章力

　【資格】

• 他外資でエンジニア経験者ならば、自社で受けたトレーニング修了書
• その他あれば英検2級以上、ボイラー、電気主任技術者などの資格

【免許】

• 自動車普通免許（無くてもよい）

　業務経験

• 損害保険業界でのリスクサーベイ経験４年以上
• 損保業界でなければ、防火防災業務に携わった経験
