Finance Specialist

Job Description

Key skills required:

• Proficient in Accounting and should have good understanding of Accounting principles and concepts.
• Ability to interpret, apply and maintain GAAP.
• Works on financial and accounting assignments with clearly defined objectives.
• Should have 3-5 yrs of experience in R2R.

Job Responsibilities:

• Record/Classify the transactions posted in Agilent owned Bank Accounts to General Ledger Accounts for financial reporting.
• Perform Clearing & Reconciliation for open Bank Hits.
• Analysis of variances & coordination with stake holders to identify the resolutions for open transactions.
• Prepare & ensure all required adjustments are posted & MEC deliverables are executed.
• Ability to explore & propose improvement ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, a Master’s degree or CA Inter qualification will be considered an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS office applications, excel in particular.
• Experience in SAP is preferred
