Job Description
- Support CPM in channel partner lifecycle management and performance reviews, including channel partner onboarding, contract setup/amendment/termination, annual renewal, performance evaluation, and compliance reinforcement.
- Conduct monthly sales order self-checks by reviewing order samples, identifying key risk areas, and summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Review and optimize existing channel operations processes and systems; collaborate with business units to enhance process efficiency and support sales effectiveness.
- Support the development, implementation, monitoring, and follow-up of channel programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales-related audit programs, ensuring transparency, timely responses to audit requests, and coordination with cross-functional teams to develop and track remediation plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in order management, process analysis, compliance, project management, finance, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of Agilent compliance policies and requirements, particularly in sales and channel partner compliance areas.
- Strong understanding of business partners’ needs, with the ability to align plans and actions with business strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills in addressing complex issues; project management capabilities are a plus.
