Job Description Job Description:

Lead and develop the bidding operation support team. Establish first-class bidding operation support processes, tools, and knowledge systems to empower team to improve working quality and efficiency and provide core operational support to help sales team to compete in bidding business and secure critical business and achieving company’s revenue goals.

Principle Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Apply and follow up bidding related payment request. (Tender doc purchasing fee, bidding deposit etc.)
  • Prepare commercial documents
  • Collect & consolidate the final bidding document
  • Bidding package documents printing, stamping & packaging
  • Bidding package delivery per business request
  • Collect tendering information on website and transfer validated bid to responsible sales team
  • Maintain records of 3rd party bidding in Agilent internal bidding tool
  • Review and manage 3rd party bidder authorization
  • Stamp 3rd party bidder authorization
  • Create and keep records or direct bidding in Agilent internal bidding tool

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Desired Skills / Knowledge:

  • Details oriented
  • Teamwork spirit, self-motivated and self-dependent.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellence in data processing and analysis is a plus.
  • ERP (SAP, CRM) experience is a plus
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships, foster collaboration, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
  • Strong Communication skills

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
