What you’ll do

  • Work with a team of engineers to deliver feature set that are crucial to Revenue growth.

  • Be a part of a world class global organization.

  • Design and develop comprehensive automation test scripts and frameworks for our constantly updating A/B testing and personalization workflows.

  • Collaborate with centralized testing team to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and technical specifications to create effective test plans and strategies.

  • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.

  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve them.

  • Mentor QA engineers to deliver better QA coverage and results.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in QA and automation dev.

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and technical specifications to create effective test plans and strategies.

  • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.

  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve them.

  • Experience writing exceptional test cases in JIRA, Cucumber etc.

  • Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.

  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

  • Experience with setting up test automation with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

  • Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, React, Java

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative perspective.

  • Experience in Using generative AI for test case generation and execution
