Paired Inside Account Manager は、アカウントマネージャー（AM）のパートナーとして、営業活動全般をサポートし、顧客対応・社内調整・見積業務・CRM管理など幅広い業務を担います。営業チームの業績最大化に直接貢献する重要な役割です。

　　主な業務内容

• アカウントマネージャーの営業活動支援

見積作成

• 各種申請業務（契約、価格申請など）の代行
• CRM（Salesforce）へのデータ入力・更新・ファネル管理補助
• デモ機の手配、出荷調整、在庫管理、返却管理
• 販売店およびエンドユーザーからの問い合わせ対応（製品情報、納期情報、手続き案内など）
• Sales Lead（新規リード）のフォローアップAged Lead（放置リード）が発生しないよう、営業へアクションを促す
• 必要に応じて顧客への初回コンタクトを実施
• 社内関連部門（物流、サービス、ファイナンス、マーケティングなど）との調整および情報連携
• 「One Agilent」の理念に基づき、チーム全体の効率・顧客満足度向上に貢献

• 担当グループの売上・ファネル進捗に貢献AM と連携し、商談の前進と案件クローズ率向上をサポート
• Aged Lead のゼロ化リードの放置を防ぎ、期限ごとに営業へフォローやアクションを促す
• CRM データの正確性向上タイムリーで正確な入力・更新
• 顧客満足度の向上迅速・正確な問い合わせ対応および社内調整
• 営業チームの生産性向上見積・手配・申請業務を効率化し、AM が顧客活動に集中できる環境を作る

Qualifications

Qualifications（必須要件）

• 大学卒業または同等レベルの学位
• 基本的な分析機器・研究用製品への理解（経験年数は不問）
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびチームワークスキル
• CRM（Salesforce など）を使用した業務経験があれば尚可
• 高い自己管理能力、マルチタスク・優先順位付け能力
• PC スキル（Excel、Word、Outlook）

Preferred Qualifications（歓迎要件）

• 法人営業または営業支援業務の実務経験
• 英語でのメール読解が可能であれば尚可
• 分析機器業界での業務経験（営業・CS・マーケティングなど）

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
